When I first set eyes on CasaBento “Cocolon” Bento Box Kit, I started planning my menu enthusiastically. I was elated when the parcel finally arrived from France, courtesy of CasaBento.
Here’s an eye-candy pink retro-style bento box kit which consists of three pink boxes. The main pink pokka dots box is made of stainless steel & has a capacity of 240 ml. This is a thermos that can keep your food warm for 6 hours! The other two boxes, entirely pink, are plastic & have a capacity of 160 ml each. These containers are microwaveable as long as you remove the lids. It also comes with a fork in a see-through plastic holder.
This meal box kit also includes a small pink carry case decorated with small white dots.
Chawanmushi was my first thought when I read about the themos that could keep my food warm for 6 hrs. Perfect! I decided to fill one box with Fresh Fruits & make a Teddy Bear Sandwhich to fit into the other.

DeleteBecause my family had this business in Kyoto we had to move there and have my own bentos but when I saw how you made your bento Ms. Shirley. Somehow I felt that I really wasn't happy with my bento that contains all those plain rice and egg. Now I have an idea and it's all thanks to the blog. Happy Bentos!
